I'm not subbed here and I'm not a vegetarian but I am experimenting with non meat cooking. This has lead me to cooking quorn mince. This is mostly for the health benefits but also the environmental affects of beef farming. However, I have been using beef stock for flavour. I wouldn't serve this to a vegetarian without asking first but I thought I would ask opinions here first. Would you eat quorn chilli cooked with beef stock?
Question on logging calories for meals you didn't prepare?
So, whilst i do strive to make the majority of my own food, or at least eat healthily, there are places near my office that sell good, healthy food, but i have no idea of their nutrional or calorific content. For example, they do a lentil curry or a vegetarian (quorn) chilli with brown rice. Both fantastic, filling, etc. The best way just to ask?
I made the nicest And easiest ramen the other day for £2 a portion. Stir fried broccoli, peppers and spinach. Grilled vegan quorn chicken burger, some super noodles + sweet chilli sauce. Done

I was wondering if anyone knows if quorn mince is okay with pcos diet? I don't like regular mince but love chilli! Any recipe links etc are much appreciated x
